Dave Pearson created an extraordinarily varied and rich body of work - mainly paintings, drawings and prints. His phenomenal commitment to his work meant that he left in excess of 15,000 pieces of artwork at his death in 2008.
This iArtBook contains an overview of the work shown at the exhibition Byzantium and Beyond, organised by the Dave Pearson Trust in Bermondsey, London in 2012.
Alongside beautiful photography of the man and his work, sits substantial text by Dave Pearson's close friend and fellow colleague at Manchester School of Art, Margaret Mytton. Additionally, there is a contribution from artist and author David MacLagan and an essay by Edward Lucie-Smith, art historian and commentator on contemporary art.
